Riverside County Citrus Grower Meeting – August 21, 2020

Inland Empire/Desert Southern California

Growers and industry members in Riverside County and surrounding areas are invited to attend a virtual citrus grower meeting on Friday, Aug. 21 at 9 a.m. The meeting will be taking place over Zoom and will require registration to attend. Although the recent detection of a CLas-positive Asian citrus psyllid in a commercial grove does not prompt the expansion of the current Huanglongbing (HLB) quarantine, the meeting will review regulatory requirements associated with the existing HLB quarantine area, as well as the regulatory response should HLB be detected in a commercial grove.

Attendees will receive an overview of the current HLB situation in Riverside County and be able to ask questions to staff members from the Citrus Pest & Disease Prevention Division and the Riverside County Agricultural Commissioner’s office. Register with your email address in the form below and a calendar invitation with the Zoom log-in information will be sent to you.
