The San Joaquin Valley guide to ACP/HLB management in organic citrus was a grassroots effort by SJV growers to establish a framework for best practices. With the looming threat of Huanglongbing entering the valley, it is critical for organic growers to best understand how to manage the disease vector, Asian citrus psyllid. With contributing authors from across the citrus industry – including the University of California, Riverside – these best management practices are among the ways organic citrus growers through the San Joaquin Valley can protect their crop and ultimately, California’s citrus industry.
